OK guys… Looks like hottie Colombiana Sofia Vergara is BACK ON THE MARKET!! The Modern Family star has reportedly broken up with businessman Nick Loeb (creator of  Onion Crunch food topping), her boyfriend of more than two years. Word is her rising stardom and fame were too much for Nick to handle.

Sofia was reportedly at the MET Gala solo earlier this week and rumors started swirling there: “Sofia was confiding in friends at the ball that she and Nick have split,” snitches are saying…

“They have been fighting a lot recently and have been on the brink of splitting  many times. It is not yet clear if they are over for good, but they are done as  a couple for now.”

You may remember Sofia being by his side for weeks when he was hospitalized with multiple injuries after a car accident in 2010.

The split seems a bit surprising after Sofia’s interviews last year where she talked about possibly having babies with Nick… “I guess I am going to think about freezing my eggs. Nick wants babies. Imagine me, again with a baby, when Manolo is 20! I guess eventually I’ll do it — for love.” As for what attracted Sofia to Loeb, “The most important thing was that he was very handsome, but he was also very funny, talking s— to me like a normal person.” (SOURCE MSN/WONDERWALL)

So, I regularly talk about energy, but as much as I talk about it I really wanted to understand it and how I could channel it to change my life and be better: A better woman, a better lover, a better sister, a better daughter, a better person, just a better HUMAN… basically the BEST version of myself I can be.

I was invited to meet a woman named Audrey Newmont who is a Certified Hypnotherapist who helps people turn their dreams into reality and attend one of her workshops. This particular workshop focused on Intentional Living. The session started at 3pm and has not yet ended (in actuality it ended at about 6pm but for me I’m continuing to live in that moment and implement what I took from the experience even as I type this blog…)

I was just inclined to write about my experience because of the way I feel about what I learned. It was amazing and insightful and just so yummy for the soul. We all have that voice of doubt that keeps us from being the person we KNOW we are. It takes intentional effort to hone in on that strength and that true true true energy that we each have in us to tell that voice to be still an that it’s wrong. I just had to share. I just wish this feeling and understanding and education for all the people I love and anyone struggling with anything or even anyone who simply wants to improve their lives.

I am me. You are you. We are we. But how am I, are you, are we living? Are we happy? Are we appreciating and forgiving? OMG the part of the workshop where Audrey spoke about forgiving situations and people who may have wronged you almost had me in tears. She just knew how to articulate how we manifest fear and make it part of our daily lives and how we don’t need to do that! Matter of fact that negative energy can be turned into LOVE and positive energy if you learn to change your perceptions of it. How we can say “I forgive you for (whatever – fill in the blank), which doesn’t make it OK, but i’m forgiving you…” She even elaborated on how we individually can grow from forgiving OURSELVES for situations that may be hindering us from growing spiritually…. *sigh* I’m rambling I can tell LOL I just totally get it and see all the work (that i’m excited about) I need to do in my own life and it’s awesome… ya feel me??!!!
